We process account information such as name and email; authentication and account identifiers; project, repository and deployment metadata; configuration you provide; operational logs and diagnostics; plan and subscription state; support communications; and product analytics used to understand and improve Deploy Hatch.

Application secrets and environment variables are processed to run your workloads. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by Deploy Hatch.

We use information to authenticate users, provide deployments and runtime services, secure and troubleshoot the platform, process subscriptions, communicate service events, provide support, prevent abuse, and understand product usage.

Deploy Hatch relies on service providers for functions such as authentication/database infrastructure, source-code integration, payment processing, transactional email, product analytics, and hosting infrastructure. These providers process information as necessary to perform their services.

We retain information while needed to provide the service, satisfy legitimate operational and security needs, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. Beta users may request account-related assistance through Support.

We use access controls, isolated workloads, controlled resource limits, secret-handling safeguards, and operational monitoring appropriate to the current platform. See Security & Trust for current details. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You can manage supported notification preferences in the dashboard and billing information through Stripe. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information. Contact Support to make a request.

Deploy Hatch is intended for users able to enter into the applicable service agreement and is not designed as a service for children.
