Use Manage billing for payment methods and cancellation. For entitlement issues, include your account email but never card details.

Describe the concern and affected resource. Never include passwords, API keys, tokens, or private keys.

Include the approximate time, visible error message, project, and deployment ID when available.

Check the project deployment detail and logs first. Include identifiers and timestamps rather than copying sensitive environment values.
